Our new way of working and collaborating remotely means that our fabulous west end office – home to much creative inspiration and far too many cakes! – is now available for lease. Based in the beautiful conservation area of Victoria Street, it’s an excellent professional address and would suit a business that is downsizing its office footprint but wants to remain self contained.
You can find the full schedule here on the Shepherd Chartered Surveyors site
The office is self-contained – so no sharing with other tenants – and there are three ground floor offices and two first floor offices. There’s a walled garden at the rear which Max, then Brodie, then Marla the Tricker Comms newshounds over the years have made much use of. As have the Tricker team in summer having lunch in the sun trap at the back door … and a few Baskin Robbins ice creams over the years (did we mention it’s handy for their store??)
Designed in around 1843 and built c.1850 – possibly by Archibald Simpson, the building has characterful charm with stripped pine original doors and the original banister. The ground floor has its original 12 pane sash and case windows and has recently been fitted with quality secondary glazing.
